The tides are just not right for the coast tomorrow night. So we're meeting from 6.30pm at Paper Mill Lock (see www.wetndrysup.com/paper-mill-lock-river-chelmer/) for a 6.45pm launch, heading downstream to Hoe Mill Lock and back. Then probably a swift drink at the Rodney! If you're running late just head east, go through 1 lock then you're at Hoe Mill next.
