The tides are quite low and the slip is still not finished at Two Tree Island. So we're meeting from 6.45pm at Paper Mill Lock (see www.wetndrysup.com/paper-mill-lock-river-chelmer/) for a 7.00pm launch, heading downstream to Hoe Mill Lock and back.Then probably a half at the Rodney! If you're running late just head east, go through 1 lock then you're at Hoe Mill next.
