After a well-deserved Xmas break, TTC is back! First up, we bring you K.O.G & The Zongo Brigade! Fronted by the brilliant K.O.G (Kweku of Ghana), this fresh 9 piece band fuses together indigenous rhythms of Africa with funk, soul and reggae to create an energetic mix of tones and grooves accompanied by Afro­Soul vocals – the perfect cocktail to get you warmed up and ready for another term of TTC mayhem. After seeing them perform to a packed out main stage at Peace In The Park, we couldn’t wait to bring them to The Tuesday Club – trust us, they are guaranteed to get you dancing!

Tonight is the launch night for their EP, ‘Akwaaba’, which focuses on telling stories from Africa; of love, peace and social issues. K.O.G & The Zongo Brigade’s EP embraces the eclectic mix of nationalities which make up the band, resulting in a unique and infectious musical experience.
