Soirée: Ottawa Curling Club Celebration

Come join us on Saturday, September 30th 2017, in a celebration of the club's history and the contribution of the members that keep the club a vibrant place to curl and socialize. In this, Canada's 150th year, we celebrate both our 166th birthday as a club and the 101st anniversary of the club's current building.

To mark this historic year, we are throwing a big party to launch the start of the new curling season and we are reviving the tradition of life memberships to honour members who have made exceptional contributions to the club (nominations are still open). Come out to show them your appreciation for making our club a better place. Also, keep an eye out for some special guests.

Although we are still working on the details of the program, here’s what you can expect:
• 13h00 /13h30 – Welcome
• 13h30 / 17h30 – Curling challenge & Other activities
• 16h30 / 18h00 – Social
• 18h00 / 18h30 – Life Membership ceremony
• 18h30 / 20h00 – Fabulous Ribs & Chicken BBQ dinner
• 20h00 / 24h00 – Evening entertainment with The Old Man Band

As we hold the entire event at the Curling Club, there will be only 120 tickets available.
• 80 tickets @ $50.00 that includes participation in the afternoon curling challenge
• 40 tickets @ $35.00 that excludes curling
