Join us on the 29th October for our anual open day. This year we are raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity Emma Sim Fund. We will have lots of events on throughout the day including a weightlifting competition, spinathon, cake sale and much more! Non members can train for one hour absolutely FREE (subject to waiver completion)
