2017 was an odd year. Plebescites, fake news, fidget spinners, The Mooch….It’s hard to find a word that sums it all up, so we can thank President Trump for gifting us one that defines the indefinable and makes sense of the ridiculous. Ok, so no-one knows what it means, but we here at Badlands Bar are assuming it means the perfect way to say goodbye to 2017 and ring in the new year – we give you the NEW YEAR’S EVE COVFEFE!

Headlining the Covfefe will be grunge rock heroes The Love Junkies, with Hideous Sun Demon bringing their Oz-punk noise. Plus there’s sets from GUM (the other musical project for Tame Impala’s Jay Watson), Pond frontman Nicholas Allbrook and his bandmate Shiny Joe Ryan, too! Not enough? Polished scungers RAG N' BONE, renowned dribblers BOAT SHOW, Pat Chow, FLOSSY and moistoyster are also on board, PLUS there's a very special beer garden performance from Tanaya Harper (Bells Rapids).

This is huge from start to finish, with 2 stages (Main Room and Beer Garden) a food truck, $5 Exports, free popcorn and some great DJs (to be announced) also on the agenda.
