Smashing solo producer, Chris Lorenzo also ghostwrote all your favourite bassline House tunes. Call what he makes whatever you want: nu Garage, jacking UK House, Bassline. There’s something special happening at Chris Lorenzo’s intersection of UK Garage rhythms, house music tempos and deep, dub whomps.

Uninitiated? Chris Lorenzo is also one half of the duo Cause & Affect and the production whiz behind one of the movement’s worldwide leaders—Hannah Wants. His name is stamped on many of the most banging basslines to emerge from the UK; he releases up to a whopping 300 tunes a year, and a fair whack of them are as ghostwriter. He’s spent significant time in the studio with Skrillex on collaborations and has been called on by the Disclosure lads to remix for them (PMR).
