Bob Britten is back by popular demand! He'll be completing his presentation on Winds and Tides in the waters off Oak Bay, focusing on the "Winds" portion of the presentation.

• Windshift fundamentals.
• The Northerly, Easterly, Southerly & Westerly local winds.
