Rack of Lamb (GF)
Slow cooked pistachio crusted rack of lamb, rich jus, roasted baby potatoes & butternut pumpkin w/- pink salt, steamed green baby beans, lavender jelly.
Chicken & Champagne Prawns
Char grilled chicken breast topped w/ pan seared king prawns & creamy champagne sauce. Served w/ steamed rice & Caesar salad.
Cone Bay Barramundi (GF)
Pan seared Cone Bay barramundi fillet w/ orange & ginger glaze. Served over braised fennel & pan seared seasonal vegetables.
Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli (V)
Spinach & ricotta ravioli folded through roast pumpkin & macadamia cream sauce. Complimented by basil puree & toasted focaccia fingers.
Petite 200g Rump Steak (GF)*
