Described as 'sparkling indie pop at it's finest'. Parka are a 4 piece alternative band who still study at school (all aged 17/18) from Chesterfield were originally described as Indie pop through their debut single 'Big Ego'. However the band recently changed their sound to a more atmospheric, fresh genre with influences deriving from death metal, acoustic singer/songwriter and funk.
