Right after a week of your Easter holidays, the wine blogger and our in-house chef Deniz Löktas will host an event on April 15 Wednesday, about the possibilities of breaking down the very classic wine&food pairing; -Red wine for red meat and white wine for white-

"As the simple and safe pairing calls white wine with any kind of fish, I would like to have an evening with our guests as a "spontaneous workshop", where I will make a presentation about my idea of pairing the most popular fish in Finland with red wines, and everyone will share their ideas, enjoy the discussion while we taste 4 different salmon dishes together with four different wines, including a white wine to see the difference. The wines, some will pair well with the food and some will not. That is exactly what we are looking for, to learn the possibilities while we experience. This evening does not just stand for eating food and drinking wine, but also as a test and an experience. There is no expert hosting this event, this is a friendly and relaxing gathering of people who just simply love the wine&food couple going well together."
