James Hype had spent his early career cutting his teeth amongst the club circuits in the North of England, so it would only be a matter of time before his floor filling bootlegs got the attention of the major players in the music industry. With this and gaining major support throughout the roster of BBC Radio One, James pretty much had everyone’s attention. Heading into 2016, James notched up an exclusive mix on Mistajam’s peak time show on Radio One, as well as major label remix duties. Into 2017 and beyond James has numerous high profile remixes planned, festivals and clubs calling, and millions of video views across his Facebook, proving the name is living up to the hype.
