We are going to be running our first ever Powerlifting Competition. It is £5 to enter and this is all to raise money for the club to go towards buying some valuable kit needed to help develop our athletes. We have had a few people say that they can hit world records or qualifying weights, so here is your chance to prove it. We will be getting a GPCGB Pro lifter and official to ref all the lifts so if you hit those amazing lifts in our comp, then it may be an idea to go to the official governing body comps to win big things. You do not have to compete in all 3 lifts, if you just want to do bench, then thats fine. There will be limited spaces so it will be a first come first serve. Thank you all for your support. :)
