TOM HINGLEY fronted the INSPIRAL CARPETS from 1989-2011 and brings his ULTIMATE tribute to the band via THE KAR-PETS to Department S.
Tom’s distinctive Indie/Soul tinged vocals POWERED The Inspiral Carpets to chart SUCCESS, his voice is heard on some of the most memorable songs of the 90’s.
