A brand new dance class for men and women aged 55+ at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre starts on Thursday 14 April.
Chance to Dance is for anyone aged 55 and over. It’s for both men and women and is an enjoyable exercise-based class that aims to increase flexibility and strength and improve balance. It uses a whole range of music from the past and present and is a social way to take gentle exercise and get fit while having fun.
The classes are led by Fiona Hay, an experienced dance teacher and choreographer.
The first class is on Thursday 14 April at 12 noon - 1pm and it costs £3.50 to take part.
Get in touch with Dancefest on 01905 611199 or [email protected] to book or if you’d like to find out more – or just come along! Everyone is welcome.
Our Chance to Dance classes are popping up all over Worcestershire. Their popularity is due to people wanting a fun way to improve fitness and wellbeing, and what better way than dancing to great music!
