A brand new enjoyable, exercise-based class for both men and women that improves flexibility, strength and balance.

It uses a whole range of music from the past and present and is a social way to take gentle exercise and get fit while having fun.

This class is taught by Marie Oldaker, who has a wealth of experience and teaches dance classes throughout Worcestershire.
