Soirée: Audition - Worcestershire Junior Youth Dance Company (11-14)

A new performance company created by Dancefest for enthusiastic, creative dancers to develop technical and performance skills.

In the autumn, weekly sessions will be led by company director Clare Wood, Dancefest’s Development Team Leader for Young People, who has a huge amount of experience working with young dancers including choreographing for W’ire. The company will also work with guest choreographers to create new pieces to perform in Big Dance Fortnight (7-22 July 2018).

Performances may take place in theatres, but Dancefest also has a particular interest and skill in creating work for outdoor spaces and unusual places.
