Soirée: Come Crabbing!

Come Crabbin'. Come along to the Fishing Association's famous Crab Catch & Cook Day, head out for a fun day on the water then back to shore for the feast!

Pre-registration Required
Please register with the CYCSA Office no later than Friday 23 February.
You will be asked for the skipper’s name, boat name, contact phone number and number of people attending.
Wrist bands will be required on the day for admission and issued to the skipper on the day. Tables are to be booked under boat names.

It is expected that all boats booked will be crabbing on the day and contribute to the total catch to add to the fun and participation. Last weigh in and count at 12:30pm. Prizes awarded during the afternoon - Biggest crab, most crabs....

0644hrs (Outer Habour) 2.34 metres High Tide
1301hrs (Outer Habour) 0.30 metres Low Tide
An early start is recommended - crabs on the move in the morning.

Tables and seating
Tables and seating are allocated and will be reserved and labelled by boat name as per your booking. Numbers will be capped at a comfortable and managable number so book to ensure your group can enjoy this popular family day event. All seating is covered in BBQ area and marquees.

Cost
A nominal charge of $25.00 for non FA members and FA members who do not participate in crabbing.
FA members who participate in crabbing will be free as will be children aged under 13.

Salads, bread, serviettes and disposable plates provided.
