Soirée: Strongman training day.

Come and try out a strongman session. Learn the skills, play with the big stones and work with FNQ strongest strongmen/women.

We are pleased to be able to showcase the exciting sport of strongman with the team at Scorpion S&C.

This session is designed to intorduce you to the Stones, Yoke, and Medley events used in strongman events.

No experience needed. jsut come along and have a play with us :)
