Red Soulcase are a Danish funk & soul band formed in the spring of 2013 by guitar player Vladimir Zutic. Band members are experienced, professional musicians, well-known on the Copenhagen club scene and this time they joined forces to play the music they truly love. Although the inspiration is founded in the early funk music (late 60s and early 70s), the band is stretching beyond the old-school roots. The sound is raw and primal, hot and groovie, pure and alive, spiced up with funky improvisational escapades. The very foundation of Red Soulcase is a soulful female vocal, driving guitar and rhythm section that will make your booty moves. The band is playing a combination of cover songs and original material, moving from James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Curtis Mayfield to Al Green and Lucy Pearl. The first EP "Addicted" with 5 original songs is expected during the autumn of 2014. Stay tuned!
